It is the official, secure way provided by Meta to let businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business account to a partner like OMERA. You sign in with Facebook, approve the connection in a Meta-controlled popup, and your number is linked — without ever sharing your password with us.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. You can use your existing business phone number. If that number is currently active on the WhatsApp Business App, you will be guided to migrate it to the WhatsApp Cloud API during the onboarding flow.
Who owns the WhatsApp Business account after connecting?

Your business does. The WhatsApp Business account stays under your Meta Business Manager at all times. OMERA operates the AI workflows on top of it through authorized WhatsApp Cloud API permissions — never the owner of your number. Access can be revoked by the business from Meta Business Settings at any time.
What does it cost?
