It is the official, secure way provided by Meta to let businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business account to a partner like OMERA. You sign in with Facebook, approve the connection in a Meta-controlled popup, and your number is linked — without ever sharing your password with us.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

No. You can use your existing business phone number. If that number is currently active on the WhatsApp Business App, you will be guided to migrate it to the WhatsApp Cloud API during the onboarding flow.
Is my WhatsApp Business App data safe?

Yes. OMERA only receives the access needed to send and reply to messages on your behalf through the official WhatsApp Cloud API. You remain the owner of the WhatsApp Business account at all times and can revoke access from your Meta Business Settings whenever you choose.
What does it cost?
