OMERA AI Solutions respects user privacy and provides users and business customers the ability to request deletion of their data.

What to Include in Your Request
Please include the following details:
- Your full name
- Your business name (if applicable)
- Your WhatsApp phone number or registered contact number
- A short note saying that you want your data deleted
How We Process Your Request
Once we receive your request, we will verify the request and delete applicable data from our systems within a reasonable time.
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance retention is required.
WhatsApp / Meta-Connected Accounts
If your WhatsApp Business Account was connected through OMERA via Meta's Embedded Signup, you may also revoke OMERA's access directly from your Meta Business Settings. Revoking access from Meta Business Settings is independent from this data deletion request — you can do both.
